What We Offer
Laser Engraving
PMP Laser Technology Fibre Lasers enable us to offer a service for either deep engraving or Part marking where the Laser changes the colour of the material permanently to give a high contrast effect.
Using advanced fibre laser technology, we produce clean, accurate engraving on a wide range of components, from mould tool inserts and EDM electrodes to watch casebacks, asset tags, jigs and fixtures.
Our laser engraving service is suitable for both deep engraving and permanent part marking. We can create high-contrast marks that improve identification, traceability and product presentation, while maintaining excellent consistency across one-off parts and production batches. Whether you need serial numbers, logos, QR codes, Data Matrix codes or detailed artwork, we can prepare and edit designs in-house to ensure a precise result.

Laser Welding
PMP Laser Technology offers expert laser welding services for damaged moulds, tooling and precision-engineered parts throughout Hampshire and the UK. Our laser welding process introduces very little heat into the component, which helps avoid heat distortion and makes it ideal for delicate repairs, worn edges, machining errors and high-value parts that require careful restoration.
We weld a wide range of materials, including P20, 2767, H13, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, aluminium and beryllium copper. Using filler wires from 0.2mm to 0.8mm, we can carry out fine, controlled repairs that restore performance while preserving the integrity of the original part. This makes our laser welding service a reliable solution for mould refurbishment, tooling maintenance and production support.
We also provide a full refurbishing service for blow moulds, composite moulds, injection moulds, rotational moulds and rubber moulds. Combined with our polishing expertise, our laser welding service helps return damaged or worn moulds to production quickly, accurately and cost-effectively.
